In-Person

Concierge At-Home

For clients who prefer the comfort and privacy of their own space, we offer at-home concierge sessions for an additional fee.

Individual Therapy

A safe space to explore feelings and emotions and increase self-awareness. Working with your personal strengths and specific goals, we build new coping strategies to overcome life's challenges. Collaborative, tailored 45–60 minute sessions.

With younger clients, I combine child-centered play therapy and mindfulness using children's natural self-expression alongside other approaches to help them express feelings, regulate emotions, and build self-confidence.
