We help you reach a better emotional place, by working with your personal strengths and specific goals, we will help you gain new coping strategies to help you overcome life’s challenges. My style is collaborative where we will work together to find solutions, specific to your needs, as therapy is not a one size fits all. We provide 45-60 minute psychotherapy sessions.

With my youngest clients, I combine child-centered play therapy, and mindfulness, which utilizes childrens self expression, as well as other approaches to give children tools to help express feelings, regulate emotions and gain self-confidence.
